TransformingMental HealthAcross Africa
We are a passionate community of mental health advocates, professionals, and changemakers dedicated to breaking down barriers and building bridges to mental wellness across the African continent.
Driven by Purpose,Guided by Vision
Our mission and vision form the foundation of everything we do, driving us to create lasting change in mental health across Africa.
Our Mission
Fighting mental health stigma in Africa requires a radical mental revolution. Through webinars, community outreaches, mobilization efforts, and annual conferences, we aim to educate and support over 1 million Africans on mental health and wellness in the next decade.
Our Vision
"We dream that one day, people can proudly say that they have mental health problems even in the remotest part of the world and they will be fully supported and not stigmatized."
Mental health is not a destination, but a process. It's about how you drive, not where you're going.
